I chose this hotel for a business trip and it was a great choice. The facilities were modern and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel's location in the city center was convenient for attending the congress, and the breakfast provided a good selection of food to start the day.

One service that I missed during my stay was a dedicated business center with printing and copying facilities. It would have been helpful to have access to these amenities for work-related tasks.

The equipment of the rooms was optimal and its size good. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast is recommended and tasty. The location of the hotel is also very good. On foot we could walk to the shore of the fjord. The park in front of it invites you to stay longer.

The search for a parking place was very annoying, the statements at the reception very vague, so that we only found a place after approximately one hour and with the help of a nice Umeaer. The hotel must provide exact details in this regard.

We were pleasantly surprised by the free coffee and tea, as well as the extensive breakfast options at Comfort Hotel Winn. We also appreciated the hotel staff's flexibility, as they allowed us to store our bags and relax in the lounge after check-out until our late train departure. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Although the price was slightly higher, the extra services and amenities provided by Comfort Hotel Winn made it worth it.

Great location, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. The hotel was situated in a prime spot, walking distance to many attractions and transport was readily available. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped. The breakfast had a superb selection and catered to those with special diets. The staff were always welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the town, being close to both the central station and the bus stop for the airport shuttle. It had really friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The bathroom was well-maintained, and there were coffee machines available in the communal areas. The breakfast was great, with a wide range of options to cater to every taste.

The hotel was a bit expensive compared to other places in the area.

Large room, chic lighting design, GUte curtains that darken the room - important because of the midnight sun. Ventilation in the room was defective - we immediately got another room. Top breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the very city center. The bus stop for the airport shuttle was just a short walk away, making it extremely convenient for us to get to and from the airport. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and rollaway beds available. We also appreciated the in-room air conditioning, hair dryer, and flat-screen TV with cable/satellite television. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering a delicious breakfast and snacks. The leisure facilities, including a sauna and a leisure/TV room, added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and there was paid parking available for our convenience. The 24-hour reception, along with the luggage storage and lift, made everything hassle-free. Plus, the fact that pets were allowed was a bonus.

We would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Stayed in a corner room which was spacious, clean and quiet. A bit expensive though.
